Minimum Budget (Telegram Ads)
Telegram does not publish a minimum campaign budget: its getting-started page names only a minimum CPM (0.1 in the self-serve cabinet, now paid in Gram, formerly Toncoin). Real entry depends on the cabinet. The euro cabinet is sold through authorised resellers: Click.ru has accepted a first top-up from €250 (before commission and VAT) since 9 February 2026, other resellers ask for €500, and eLama lets you start from €0 on postpayment. Resellers say a direct contract with Telegram is about €2M, of which €1M is a deposit; Telegram does not publish these numbers. The self-serve Gram cabinet (formerly the TON cabinet) is funded via Fragment, with a deposit of about 20 Gram according to practitioners. The Stars cabinet spends the Stars already held by your own channel or bot. Small affiliates often buy direct placements from channel owners instead.
