Stars Promotions
The third way to pay for Telegram Ads, in Telegram Stars (XTR — Telegram's native digital currency). A channel or bot spends the Stars on its balance on ads for that same channel or bot — and only for it; a third-party product needs the euro or Gram cabinet. Telegram gives a 30% discount here: as ad credit one Star is worth $0.02, while withdrawing it pays $0.013. There is no fixed Stars-to-Gram rate.
